【Zillow】January Existing Home Sales: Modest Rebound in Sales As Buyers And Sellers Return

• Existing homes sales increased by 3.1% in January to a seasonally adjusted annual rate  (SAAR) of 4 million, but are still down 1.7% from January 2023, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
• Total housing inventory at the end of January increased to 1.01 million units, up 3.1% from a year ago.
