【Eurostat】House prices in the euro area( 2021 Q2)

In the second quarter of 2021, house prices, as measured by the House Price Index, rose by 6.8% in the euro area and by 7.3% in the EU compared with the same quarter of the previous year. This is the highest annual increase for the euro area since the fourth quarter of 2006, and since the third quarter of 2007 for the EU. In the first quarter of 2021, house prices rose by 5.7% and 6.1% respectively. These figures come from Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.
