【World Property Journal】U.S. Commercial Property Investors Are Most Upbeat on Record Says PwC

Real estate professionals are more optimistic than at any point in a 48-year survey even as they say returns will be harder to earn, a sign that deal pressure may be outrunning fundamentals.

The Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2027 report, produced by PwC and the Urban Land Institute, put its overall barometer at a record high. Yet just 50.5% of respondents rated their business conditions good to excellent, down from 55% a year ago and 65% the year before. Profitability expectations fell for a second straight year.
