【BBC】Average NI house price now above £200,000

The average price of a house in Northern Ireland has risen above £200,000 for the first time since the property crash of the late 2000s, according to official figures.

In the second quarter of this year the average price was just under £202,500.

That is almost exactly the same price level reached in the final quarter of 2007, just as a property bubble was beginning to burst.
