【BBC】Property prices and sales on the rise, report says

Average property prices in Jersey have increased by 5% in the past year, a report said.

Statistics Jersey's House Price Index, which tracks the average price of one and two-bedroom flats and two, three and four-bedroom houses, said prices had gone up from £596,000 in the second quarter of 2025 to £626,000 in the same period of 2026.
