【BBC】More Jersey homes sold in 2025 as house prices fall

The number of properties sold in Jersey increased by more than a third in 2025 as average house prices continued to fall, according to new figures.

The latest report by Statistics Jersey shows the mean average price of a home sold in Jersey in 2025 was £571,000 - down from a high of £691,000 in 2022.

The only property type to see average sale prices rise in 2025 were four bedroom houses, while all other types of residential properties saw values dip.

But there were a total of 971 property transactions, which was 36% more than in 2024, when 712 homes changed ownership.
