【Bloomberg】The UK Housing Market Is at Risk of a Deep Freeze

The latest data on asking prices for houses in the UK from online property portal Rightmove shows that sellers are on average asking for 2.1% less this month than they did in November. That’s the sharpest drop in four years. It means asking prices are now up just 5.6% on last year, and are slipping back fast.
