How Far Will UK House Prices Fall?
House prices in the UK fell last month by 1.4%. That’s the second monthly drop in a row, at least according to Nationwide. And if you leave out the period of 2020 when the housing market was basically shut down, it’s the largest monthly fall seen since February 2009. Which was, of course, in the wake of the financial crisis.
